SENSES:
Even though we have been told we have 5 senses, we actually
have 26:
Perception of light: It´s a sub-sense of sight
Perception of color: It´s a sub-sense of sight that not all
animals have.
Hearing: This sense allows us to pick up different sounds.
This ability can be partially or completely lost.
Smell: This allows us to pick up different aromas.
Taste: This allows us to difference the way your mouth and
brain perceives different substances.
Perception of sweetness: It´s a sub-sense of taste that perceives
when something tastes sweet.
Perception of saltieness: It´s a sub-sense of taste that perceives
when something is salty.
Perception of sourness: It´s a sub-sense of taste that perceives
when something is sour.
Perception of bitterness: It´s a sub-sense of taste that
perceives when something is bitter.
Touch: This allows us to perceive the different textures of
different objects.
